Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Influencer Manager to join our established Publishing team. Working across the entirety of our portfolio, reporting into the VP of Marketing and Publishing, you will lead and shape Influencer strategy.
As a manager, you will nurture and develop your team, empowering them to own their titles, providing ongoing support, best practice and opportunities for development.
Within the wider publishing department, the Senior Influencer Manager and team will work collaboratively with a highly experienced set of publishing professionals and a variety of studio heads to play an instrumental role in releasing our titles to players around the globe.
What you will be doing:
- Head up and lead across international influencer marketing campaigns, for which you will have full ownership, across various games, in cooperation with the wider Publishing team.
- Develop and grow our Kepler-wide influencer strategies and partnerships, including organic campaigns, paid campaigns, and new and emerging streaming/social platforms.
- Foster a global network of influencers through continuous discovery, rapport building, and working relationships.
- Analyse audience and content creator profiles, to ensure that organic and paid campaigns are targeted to the correct audiences and align with brand vision.
- Produce regular reports following campaigns built with clear analysis and detailed reporting, outlining what worked and what to change for future campaigns.
- Regularly monitor the influencer and indie game space for new tools, performance and analytics, and promote those internally.
- Generate additional opportunities for visibility, growth, and success for the Kepler group through various partners, from strategic technological partnerships to media providers.
- Run meetings with studios as required, acting as a conduit between development teams and departments/partners to make sure they always have the required materials to deliver on our influencer marketing efforts.
- Identify and engage marketing partners for bespoke campaigns including influencer kits and physical releases.
What we’re looking for from you:
- A strong background in Influencer Relations within the games industry, to effectively drive our Influencer strategy.
- Supportive leadership, having previously managed at least one team member.
- Enthusiasm and passion for getting Kepler titles to influencers who are excited to play them.
- Strong understanding and interest in the influencer space, and how they play a key role in building brand awareness and drive affinity and commercial value for studios and titles.
- Strong strategic and tactical knowledge of current and emerging platforms (particularly in respect to streaming and video creation) including, but not limited to: Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and agile approach to collaboration, work the ability to build strong relationships with your team, our studios and influencers.

Here is what you can expect from each:
First Interview: In this first conversation you will meet with a member of the Influencer team, and a member of the Brand team. Here you will have the opportunity to learn more about the role, Kepler and our studios, whilst we get to know you better.
Second Interview: Your second interview will be with Zac Antonaci, VP of Publishing and Marketing, where we will focus on your Influencer experience and personal skillset. Zac will be the line manager for this role.
Leadership Interview: Finally, you will meet with a member of the Kepler Leadership team where you’ll have the chance to learn more about the overarching mission and vision for Kepler, and how this role will support that.
Please be aware that there may be some slight changes to the interview teams, and the order of the interviews, depending on availability; we will give you full details with ample time ahead of each conversation.
